Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and a minimum of 10 years of security domain experience without a degree, or an 8+ year experience in software or security engineering within Cloud Native environments. Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred, along with 4+ years of experience acting as a trusted technical decision-maker in a team setting. Strong knowledge of various compliance standards and frameworks, including SOC 2, HIPAA, CCPA, ISO 27001, and SOX ITGC, is required, as well as familiarity with Identity & Access Management (IaM) systems and practices and in-depth knowledge of authentication protocols and authorization mechanisms.

Responsibilities

As a Staff Security Engineer (IAM), you will lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive security strategies and solutions, design and deploy advanced security controls to safeguard networks, systems, and applications, and work across disciplines to shape the security services strategy and execution. You will also mentor and galvanize new engineers, set and uphold the standard for security processes, and collaborate closely with various teams to ensure alignment between IAM solutions and organizational security requirements, enabling secure and seamless access across the enterprise.
