Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce development, specifically on the Force.com platform. Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and SOQL is required, as well as experience with web services and JavaScript libraries like LWC, Aura, or jQuery. Knowledge of Salesforce limits and best practices is essential, and experience with object modeling, reports, dashboards, approval processes, workflow rules, and security configurations is desired. Experience working with customer requirements and translating them into technical solutions is also necessary.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Salesforce Development Engineer, you will architect, customize, and configure new client implementations using Force.com, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning. You will implement new software features and client enhancements, perform unit and integration testing, and work directly with customers to gather requirements and translate them into system functionality. Additionally, you will support existing functionality, address customer support needs, contribute to advanced system administration and configuration, build web services, and implement best practices while mentoring other developers and leading project teams.
