Candidates should possess 5+ years of project experience in a hands-on technical position, 3+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a similar technical field, or equivalent experience. They should have worked on multiple Salesforce project deployments including release and multi-environment management, integration to legacy systems using Salesforce APIs, and requiring original code development. Experience implementing new deployments of Salesforce, as well as implementing new Service Cloud deployments, TableauCRM, and Experience Cloud is a plus. Any Salesforce certifications, particularly Platform Developer I or II, are desirable.
The Sr. Salesforce Developer will bring Salesforce project implementations to life by working with customers to understand their business, identify their requirements, and design, develop, QA, and launch their solutions. They will also contribute to internal product development and be responsible for building out major components of the company’s internal product. The role involves working directly with customers to define requirements, architect solutions, and develop customized solutions using Visualforce, Apex, Lightning Components, JavaScript, AJAX, and other technologies, leading technical design sessions, and training and mentoring the team on new Salesforce features and launches.
