Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field
4+ years of experience in sales analysis, revenue operations, financial analysis, or a similar role
Expert proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., complex pivot tables, array formulas, data modeling, INDEX/MATCH, VLOOKUP)
Strong, hands-on experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC), specifically in creating complex reports, dashboards, and managing opportunity/pipeline data
Proven experience in sales analysis, including pipeline management, forecasting, and performance metrics
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy

Responsibilities

Analyze and report on key Professional Services and Customer Success metrics including bookings, billings, backlog, pipeline health, utilization, and margins
Develop, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Google Sheets to provide clear, actionable insights for Value Services leadership and the wider Chief Customer Officer organization
Support the services forecasting process, working closely with regional VS leaders to ensure accuracy and predictability. Assist in the annual and quarterly planning cycles, including capacity planning and quota setting
Act as a subject matter expert for Value Services data in Salesforce. Ensure data integrity for all service-related opportunities, manage pipeline stages, and support the team with SFDC best practices
Identify trends, patterns, and areas for operational improvement. Proactively present findings and data-backed recommendations to stakeholders in a precise and compelling manner
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Sales Ops, Finance, and IT) to refine and streamline the end-to-end operational processes that support the PS team
