Requirements

  • University degree, major in Microelectronics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials or related fields
  • Above 3 years of experience in semiconductor CMP, Wet/Dry Etch or Lithography processes/equipment, or sales experience in semiconductor-related suppliers
  • Experience in managing key accounts (KA)
  • Familiar with FAB operations
  • Solid networking in the SEMI industry (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Accomplish annual/quarterly sales, profit (with cost control), and collection targets assigned by the department, striving to exceed them
  • Visit customers in the responsible area timely, build close business relationships with important customers, and record customer information accurately and timely in the company database
  • Understand customer needs and development trends promptly, and provide quick and high-quality support and help
  • Strictly implement company and department policies, including those regarding sales prices and discounts
  • Actively promote the department's sales plan and closely follow up on new products, new applications, and new customers
  • Demonstrate strong team cooperation spirit
  • Achieve the department's annual sales target
  • Achieve the company's required collection target
  • Complete all tasks listed in the key responsibilities
