Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of 4 years of experience with Workday Reporting and Prism, or 6 years of experience with integration development or report building, or 6 years of experience with technical consulting, requirements gathering, or solution design, or 6 years of Human Resource, Payroll, or Financials domain experience in a Government setting. Strong knowledge of Workday Reporting, Prism, and data modeling is required, along with experience in designing and implementing reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Technical Consultant will lead and project manage reporting workstream(s), hitting delivery dates and driving results, conduct discovery sessions to develop and document a thorough understanding of customers’ reporting needs, design and implement reports to address complex customer requirements, assist customer in testing reporting solutions and conduct knowledge transfer sessions, and participate in internal initiatives and process improvement.
