About the Team

The Global Professional Services organization within Workday is dedicated to implementing our cloud-based software. The State & Local Government Technical Consulting team focuses on the Data Conversion, Integration, and Reporting workstreams for Workday implementation projects. We are a diverse team passionate about customer success, providing leadership and technical expertise to guide clients through their deployments in an exciting, fast-paced, and rewarding environment.

About the Role

As a Sr. Technical Reporting Consultant, you will collaborate closely with client project teams to design, develop, and deploy reporting and analytic solutions tailored to customer needs. You will leverage your knowledge of core design principles, data modeling, implementation methodologies, and a proven track record of successful delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and project manage reporting workstream(s), ensuring timely delivery and driving results.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand and document customer reporting requirements.
  • Design and implement reports to meet complex customer needs.
  • Assist customers with testing reporting solutions and conduct knowledge transfer for post-production success.
  • Participate in internal initiatives and contribute to process improvement.

Basic Qualifications (Sr. Technical Consultant - P4):

  • 4+ years of experience with Workday Reporting and Prism, OR
  • 6+ years of experience with integration development or report building, OR
  • 6+ years of experience with technical consulting, requirements gathering, or solution design, OR
  • 6+ years of Human Resource, Payroll, or Financials domain experience in a Government setting.
