Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or an equivalent experience, and require a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Workday report writing and analytics. Workday PRISM certification is mandatory, along with strong multitasking and analytical skills to effectively solve complex incidents and provide best practices.

Responsibilities

The Workday Prism Analytics Senior Principal Consultant will serve as an onshore functional lead, overseeing PRISM workstreams for assigned accounts and executing various AMS & Implementation methodologies. They will collaborate with the GDC team on daily activities, incidents, and root cause analysis, provide on-call support, coordinate with stakeholders to create high-impact solutions, and proactively develop reporting dashboards to improve Workday utilization. Additionally, they will work with clients to resolve issues impacting project scope and timeframe, maintain the Workday platform, ensure system design aligns with user needs, drive continual business process improvements, lead a team of consultants, and deliver project deliverables on time.
