Closely monitor sales performance, spot when remedial actions are needed, and ensure they are implemented effectively
Plan visit schedule aligned with agreed customer service levels and gather customer feedback to analyze current and future market trends
Identify, target, and implement approved sales strategies within the marketplace
Plan, execute, and report on sales activities in the area
Use expert knowledge of product features and benefits to act as a trusted advisor to the team and customers
Report to the Regional Business Head, meet quantitative sales objectives, execute the commercial strategy, and lead the sales team to success
