Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification and at least 8 years of relevant experience. Specific experience in General Medicine studies, particularly in Nephrology and Transplant (kidney preferable), is required, along with knowledge of indications within Cardiovascular & General Medicine. Technical and systems competency, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Project Lead/Manager will serve as the primary sponsor contact and be accountable for the overall project delivery, including quality, time, and cost. They will establish and communicate customer expectations, lead cross-functional project teams to meet deliverables, and ensure adherence to escalation pathways. Responsibilities also include financial stewardship, managing project scope, driving risk identification and issue resolution, and ensuring team compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
