  • Create a culture of QBWM and Continuous Improvement in Customer Focus Team(s); share CI wins/best practices and leverage global best practices
  • Collaborate with CM/CD, Financial Analyst, and other departments to drive improvements in program financial performance and share best practices
  • Exemplify Plexus Core Values and hold team accountable; focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and providing development/coaching for employee potential
