  • Own and manage the Global Transvenous Device portfolio, including full product lifecycle management
  • Develop and execute global marketing strategies to accelerate the DS portfolio, phase out legacy products, and commercially execute next-generation products
  • Collaborate with regional marketing partners on commercial strategies and tactics across the portfolio lifecycle to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Serve as the primary product expert for the transvenous device portfolio, inspiring confidence among customers and colleagues through proactive customer visits and promotion of the core portfolio
  • Drive geography expansion strategies, scaling launch success globally while tailoring to local market dynamics
  • Partner with regulatory, software, demand planning, and regional partners to determine launch readiness and support launches
  • Align with finance, supply chain, and operations to manage accurate global demand forecasts and mix assumptions
  • Utilize market research and analytics to inform launch and ongoing portfolio strategies against business objectives
  • Serve as the downstream marketing leader on the R&D Product Development Core Team, ensuring regional input, customer feedback, analytics, and market insights guide development
