Candidates must have at least 4 years of Product Management experience, preferably in a SaaS or consumer technology environment. Experience working with engineering and design to deliver sophisticated products with a great user experience is essential. Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with ERP or P2P systems such as Netsuite, Workday, Oracle, Coupa, or SAP Ariba is required. Strong written and oral communication skills with internal and external stakeholders are necessary, along with attention to detail and the ability to quickly grasp complex business processes.
The Senior Product Manager will work directly with customers and customer-facing teams to understand user needs and gather feedback on the existing intake experience. They will represent the requester/end user within Zip and scale an enterprise-grade intake platform that is highly performant and easy to configure. The role involves synthesizing user needs with company strategy to develop a compelling product roadmap and detailed specifications. They will manage end-to-end execution for core product features and ensure high customer standards by designing robust feature rollout and quality processes in coordination with stakeholders.
