Experience as a product professional: identifying customer needs, determining problems to solve, translating them into feature requirements and user stories in a prioritized product backlog
Ability to work cross-functionally with design and engineering partners, providing clear direction on the “what” and “why” while allowing them to define the “how”
Skills in measuring the impact and success of features using data to inform future builds
Customer-centric and data-driven mindset: understanding customers and markets through data, research, and direct interactions to define core needs, problems, and solutions
Action- and execution-oriented: asking questions to gather information, negotiating constraints and business rules without sacrificing customer needs, adapting to changes, communicating clearly, and aligning partners

Responsibilities

Lead the Connected Living Global Platform, the foundation for delivering world-class broadband experiences via APIs for Comcast and global partners
Act as the primary point of contact for global partners, understanding their objectives, defining joint solutions, and ensuring smooth platform integration
Own the API product lifecycle, roadmap, and infrastructure development
Oversee the creation of clear, customer-facing documentation to enable platform adoption
Collaborate closely with engineering leads across the organization
Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
Report to the Executive Director of WiFi Experience Product Management
