Zapier is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Catalog team within the Revenue Zone. This role is central to shaping how customers discover, bundle, and purchase Zapier's AI and automation products. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building from scratch, and excels at navigating complex billing systems. This position offers the opportunity to define the future of SaaS monetization in the AI era, focusing on creating seamless purchasing experiences, blending pricing models, and establishing how customers perceive and pay for value. Your work will influence pricing, packaging, and value delivery across self-serve and sales-assisted channels, balancing near-term launches with long-term strategic thinking.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • Strong track record of shipping seamless purchasing experiences.
  • Proven experience launching pricing strategies across product suites, add-ons, and bundles.
  • Experience partnering closely with Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to launch new offerings.
  • Ability to take full ownership of a roadmap and operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
  • Skill in assessing needs, aligning teams, and driving work forward.
  • Experience collaborating closely with engineering and design teams.
  • Ability to translate different perspectives into well-executed solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust across teams through empathy, credibility, and follow-through.
  • Experience engaging directly with customers and translating insights into product business cases.
  • A growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and evolution.
  • Experience with AI prototyping is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the multi-product purchasing strategy for Zapier’s AI orchestration platform.
  • Design seamless customer experiences for purchasing and managing multiple subscriptions.
  • Blend usage- and outcome-based pricing models.
  • Own the continuous planning roadmap, driving 0-to-1 initiatives through iterative delivery and A/B testing.
  • Prioritize for impact and make timely pivots based on returns and opportunity costs.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable product opportunities that balance user needs with financial goals.
  • Advance trust, retention, and long-term revenue growth.
  • Act as an internal advocate for the customer and the product vision.
