Responsibilities

  • Lead a product team through the end-to-end lifecycle of technician-facing tools
  • Provide insight into the competitive environment and develop long-range platform vision and strategy to achieve KPIs
  • Identify new experience and platform opportunities to support Market KPIs and establish long-term vision, strategy, and KPIs for multi-tenant needs
  • Plan and prioritize product feature backlog for development by product engineering teams, ensuring alignment with business value or ROI
  • Provide insights into how experiences and platforms achieve consumer needs and Market KPIs
  • Assess experience and platform feasibility and usability for business cases
  • Extrapolate business requirements into experience and platform requirements and priorities
  • Identify user stories, criteria, and processes for evaluating new functionality for the core platform
  • Document requirements reflecting commitment to privacy, security, inclusivity, accessibility, sustainability, reliability, and ethical design
  • Establish reporting structure to track user behavior, align data sources, ensure single source of data, and document data flows
  • Develop working prototypes for Markets, inclusive of design features, experiences, and platforms to deliver KPIs and common goals
  • Evaluate prototypes to identify functionality for incorporation
  • Finalize designs by refining prototypes, UI, and UX based on requirements, use cases, and KPIs
