5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering impactful, customer-centered products
Strong experience working with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, research, operations, Sales, CX, other Product teams) to bring ideas to life, including on product launches
Comfortable balancing creative and analytical thinking; ability to zoom out to strategy and zoom in to detail
Technical fluency to engage effectively with engineers and make informed tradeoffs
Demonstrated ability to translate customer insights into product decisions that move key metrics
Skilled in Agile methodologies and experienced in both discovery and delivery
Organized, proactive, and decisive; ability to create clarity and momentum in complex environments
Experience with platform and cross-product technologies (preferred but not required)
Ability to actively integrate AI tools and principles into discovery, definition, design, delivery, and innovation
Utah-based for hybrid position with regular in-office days; pass background and credit check

Responsibilities

Partner closely with design and engineering to craft elegant, scalable solutions that simplify employee onboarding and offboarding workflows and improve customer outcomes
Develop a deep understanding of HR Tech and HRIS domain through customer research, data analysis, and collaboration with internal experts
Clearly define and prioritize problems that matter most to customers, turning insights into actionable opportunities
Drive clarity and alignment across cross-functional teams, ensuring strategy, roadmap, and execution reflect shared priorities
Deliver solutions that balance long-term product evolution with near-term impact, using data and experimentation to learn quickly
Regularly evaluate product effectiveness through qualitative and quantitative feedback, identifying opportunities to improve usability and satisfaction
Foster a strong, collaborative triad with engineering and design, empowering each function to do its best work
Communicate decisions, rationale, and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders at every level, driving alignment without slowing momentum
Leverage AI tools and principles to enhance discovery, definition, design, and delivery throughout the product development lifecycle
Develop a strategic vision for employee experiences and lifecycle events (onboarding, offboarding)
Manage multiple complex solutions simultaneously and effectively communicate progress and insights to stakeholders across the organization
