Requirements

Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS product management, with a preference for experience in the healthcare industry related to CRO, pharmaceutical, or related clinical research operational experience. Experience working closely with engineering and design teams and the ability to build alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders are also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager will guide the evolution of the Clinical product by shaping the product roadmap and the process by which it is realized. This includes collaborating with design and engineering partners to deliver product to market, driving team priorities through a deep understanding of the business, customers, users, and market landscape, and measuring the impact of product releases to inform the roadmap. The role also involves ensuring the quality of new feature releases, empowering customer support and sales for effective go-to-market, providing customer and product support when required, and helping teams continuously improve their processes and support overall product operations.
