Responsibilities

The Sr. Product Manager will lead the full product lifecycle for AI and agent-based solutions, from discovery and definition to launch, iteration, and scaling. They will define and maintain a product roadmap that balances near-term deliverables with long-term innovation. This role involves collaborating with engineering and design to scope, build, and deliver features, and partnering with research and analytics to uncover opportunities, validate concepts, and guide decision-making using data-driven insights. The Product Manager will engage with customers to gather feedback, identify pain points, and translate insights into actionable improvements. They will also stay current on advancements in AI, machine learning, and agentic systems, and align and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery against success metrics.
