Requirements

The Senior Product Manager should have 3–5 years of product management experience in a fast-paced tech, SaaS, or platform environment, hands-on experience building or integrating AI or workflow automation into live products, and comfort driving execution and coordination using Jira, QA processes, and agile practices. Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams are also required, along with a resourceful, builder’s mindset with a passion for creating user-first experiences.

This role involves defining and owning the roadmap for AI-powered workflows and project assistant capabilities with measurable business outcomes, collaborating with engineering, design, research, and analytics teams to ship impactful features at a fast pace, translating ambiguous opportunities into well-scoped product initiatives with clear priorities and milestones, leveraging customer insights, user behavior data, and market dynamics to shape high-quality solutions, managing product development in Jira and Confluence, partnering with platform and AI/ML teams to ensure scalable, responsible AI integration into the product, and measuring feature success through experiments and key metrics, and iterating quickly based on findings.
