Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. They should demonstrate a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design across responsive web and mobile platforms, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating visually compelling and intuitive user interfaces. A deep understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and modern interaction patterns is also required.

Responsibilities

The Sr Product Designer will translate strategy into compelling product experiences, leading and contributing to design initiatives from concept to execution while balancing user needs, product goals, and technical constraints. They will solve complex interaction and visual design problems, collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers, and create clear design documentation and specifications. Furthermore, they will participate in and support user research efforts, provide thoughtful feedback to peers, and mentor junior designers, communicating design rationale effectively to stakeholders and advocating for the user at every step.
