Sr. process engineer at Vontive

A Bachelor’s degree or above with an engineering background is required, along with 5+ years of work experience in a manufacturing environment. Preference is given to candidates with 3+ years in the medical device industry and project management experience, and fluency in spoken English.

Responsibilities include supervising subordinates to meet production output and quality goals, establishing SOPs and JIBs, maintaining machine operations, ensuring stable processes and good product quality, troubleshooting issues, participating in new product validations, coaching team members, liaising with other functions, and driving process innovations.

The position is full-time.
