A strong understanding of business solutions that leverage data, such as Customer Data Platforms or AI, is required, along with a demonstrated ability to meet booking, utilization, and consumption targets. The ability to communicate effectively across different organizational structures and develop technology programs with clear milestones and success criteria is also necessary. Flexibility to travel up to 25% of the time to work with customers on-site is required.
The Senior Practice Manager will spearhead services sales execution and project delivery for key accounts, engaging with C-level executives to create and execute services roadmaps that drive business outcomes.
