Requirements

Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in sales and services delivery roles, with a strong background in data warehousing, business intelligence, or cloud fields. Proven experience interfacing with executives, managing complex technical implementation projects, roadmapping, and revenue forecasting is essential. A strong understanding of business solutions that leverage data, such as Customer Data Platforms or AI, is required, along with a demonstrated ability to meet booking, utilization, and consumption targets. The ability to communicate effectively across different organizational structures and develop technology programs with clear milestones and success criteria is also necessary. Flexibility to travel up to 25% of the time to work with customers on-site is required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Practice Manager will spearhead services sales execution and project delivery for key accounts, engaging with C-level executives to create and execute services roadmaps that drive business outcomes. This role involves owning the entire professional services lifecycle, from deal strategy and proposal creation to execution and forecasting, and serving as the go-to expert for cloud-based data warehousing, business intelligence, and AI-powered solutions. Responsibilities include meeting and exceeding bookings, utilization, and consumption targets while ensuring exceptional customer experiences. The manager will also contribute to internal process improvements within the Professional Services organization and ensure adherence to company confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data.
