Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute annual Joint Business Plan (JBP) and achieve business targets for regional NKA national key chain clients, local chain retail pharmacies, and their branches
  • Develop and implement customer management and sales strategies within company policies to achieve regional sales targets and customer satisfaction
  • Organize and implement brand promotion activities to ensure successful execution, enhance brand influence, and boost sales performance
  • Coordinate and implement OTO/BTC activities to ensure smooth execution and achievement of expected results
  • Drive retail clients' digital transformation, including RCRM membership omnichannel marketing, to increase customer engagement and loyalty
  • Manage customer relationships and contracts: maintain relations with local chain retail pharmacies and NKA national key chain branches, handle contract negotiations, signing, and execution
  • Coordinate internal teams: guide regional KA team in JBP negotiations and business plan execution for clients at all levels/headquarters, ensuring alignment with company strategies and improving efficiency
  • Monitor sales data and market performance: regularly analyze regional sales data and market performance, propose improvement suggestions, and optimize business strategies and activity effectiveness
  • Promote and sell Haleon products (nutrition health, OTC drugs, oral health, and future expanded/designated categories) in assigned jurisdictions or channels as per company arrangements
