Responsibilities

  • Direct the development of company market requirements for specific product(s) or product line(s)
  • Lead and coordinate product planning, product launches, product management, market development, and market research activities
  • Interact directly with product managers to identify new marketing opportunities
  • Recommend action, schedule and plan projects, estimate costs, and manage projects to completion, individually or with a team
  • Identify unmet customer requirements and new business opportunities, providing vision and focus to move products from idea to marketplace
  • Facilitate and coordinate marketing activities with geographic areas to increase teamwork and build partnerships
  • Coordinate trade show activities, website development, develop future e-commerce strategies, and track marketing campaigns to evaluate results and recommend future promotions
  • Oversee area of responsibility, manage performance, develop talent, engagement, and inclusion
  • Communicate business and operational developments, plan, prioritize, and direct responsibilities of direct reports
  • Initiate programs or projects based on identified business/tactical needs, impacting deadlines, resources, funds, and organizational objectives
