Responsibilities

  • Listen to and frame client needs in order to perform service pre-sales and build commercial proposals
  • Implement and oversee the execution of a Services Delivery Methodology in a Product company. Proactively manage client escalations and ensure a positive client experience
  • Collaborate with account teams (Account Executive, Customer Success) to ensure Dataiku clients achieve high adoption rates and realise significant value
  • Manage utilisation and margin metrics for your region, as well as sales forecasts for services and support in your portfolio
  • Lead the team of experts, manage conflicts, and contribute to developing their talents
  • Ensure the efficiency of processes within your team and their proper understanding and use by account teams. Contribute to the continuous improvement of standards
