Requirements

Proactively participate in professional skills and knowledge learning to meet company requirements and effectively apply them in daily academic promotion activities
Comply with company policies, quality standards, laws of the People's Republic of China, and related codes of conduct, including GSK global quality policy and directives
Fulfill obligations to promote and sell Haleon products (nutrition health, OTC, oral health, and future expanded categories) in assigned jurisdiction or channels as per company arrangements

Responsibilities

Conduct professional visits and academic seminar activities in target hospitals within the assigned area, achieving company requirements
Develop and optimize healthy working relationships with local hospital clients
Timely understand and collect information on clients' disease diagnosis/treatment and brand usage
Submit various reports on time and truthfully as required
Understand basic management procedures and drug management processes/usage in hospitals within the jurisdiction; establish, improve, and timely update hospital files
Actively participate in company business meetings and team building; share professional promotion experiences, insights, and market information with the team to assist the supervisor in achieving team goals
Actively participate in SFA project implementation; timely and accurately enter relevant information (visits, coverage, meetings, client visits, and quality of medical information provided); assist supervisor/manager in ensuring effective system operation, subject to checks and evaluations on quantity and quality
Assist supervisor/manager in ensuring each brand's academic seminar activities align closely with market development strategies
Execute supervisor/manager's regional business plans; formulate and continuously improve business plans for the assigned area
Complete tasks assigned by superiors
