Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for retail media search advertising within the assigned category, providing proactive insights and strategic recommendations to brand and sales teams
  • Manage complex transactions and escalations effectively, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform daily business decisions and drive measurable results
  • Lead medium to large category-level performance and operations strategy for Target’s self-serve retail media search advertising platform
  • Advise brand partners and internal teams to drive campaign success through performance insights, pacing management, and optimization strategies
  • Help brands realize greater return on ad spend (ROAS), incremental sales, and platform efficiency
  • Contribute to category-level operational health, identify opportunities for process improvements, and guide newer analysts across practices and tools
