Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferred in Marketing, Media, International Business, etc
  • Proficient English communication in writing and speaking. Other language ability is a plus
  • Good knowledge and at least 2-year solid experience in international marketing and overseas social media
  • Experienced in international content creation through sourcing, editing and adoption of AI tools
  • Well-organized and good co-ordination and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Knowledge of database management and customer insights
  • Self-motivated and results oriented

Responsibilities

  • Work with PM and MM to compile international visitor marketing strategies and plans according to the annual target
  • Develop international travel agents, industry associations, media and marketing partners network in key regions to expand show promotion in overseas markets and organize overseas visitor groups to assigned events
  • Conduct rounds of survey/research before, during and after the show and able to give your industry insights & precise demand from customers through the feedback. Leverage these findings to refine the marketing work to next level
  • Produce international marketing collateral for assigned events such as fact sheet, flyer, PPT, etc
  • Manage English show websites and overseas social media operation, including content update and optimization, campaign implementation, SEO and SEM, to increase web traffic, number of followers, views, interactions and leads generation
  • Make plans for international visitors’ database management, including enhancement, expansion and marketing through online prospecting, EDM, WHATSAPP and telemarketing campaign
  • Proactively coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth running of work. Collaborate with partners, overseas BUs and outsource teams to ensure all tasks are being executed up to expected quality, milestone and KPIs
  • Supervise the execution for assigned international marketing channels, conduct performance evaluation and analysis to constantly track and enhance marketing effectiveness
