Requirements

  • Dynamic and experienced leadership in managing distributed teams of testing consultants across UKI, DACH, South, and Nordics regions
  • Expertise as a subject matter expert (SME) in Workday testing, particularly validating configurations (business processes, security, integrations, reporting) rather than product development
  • Strong knowledge of the full testing lifecycle, including System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Parallel Testing, and Regression Testing
  • Ability to develop and present sophisticated testing strategies, detailed plans, and risk-based approaches tailored to client needs
  • Proven skills in testing best practices, methodologies, test scripts, test data, and defect management

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a distributed team of Workday Testing Consultants, providing career development
  • Oversee team performance, ensuring high standards of delivery, billable utilization, and client satisfaction
  • Manage resource allocation, project staffing, and balancing client needs with team skills and development goals
  • Act as trusted advisor and primary SME for clients, guiding them through the entire testing lifecycle
  • Develop and present testing strategies, plans, and risk-based approaches for client Workday configurations
  • Educate clients and internal teams on testing best practices, methodologies, and the rationale behind processes
  • Ensure testing efforts validate business processes, security configurations, integrations, and reporting
  • Hold accountability for the quality of all testing deliverables, including test scripts, test data, and defect management
  • Continuously refine and improve testing assets, templates, and methodologies
