Requirements

Dynamic and experienced leadership in managing distributed teams of testing consultants across UKI, DACH, South, and Nordics regions
Expertise as a subject matter expert (SME) in Workday testing, particularly validating configurations (business processes, security, integrations, reporting) rather than product development
Strong knowledge of the full testing lifecycle, including System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Parallel Testing, and Regression Testing
Ability to develop and present sophisticated testing strategies, detailed plans, and risk-based approaches tailored to client needs
Proven skills in testing best practices, methodologies, test scripts, test data, and defect management

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a distributed team of Workday Testing Consultants, providing career development
Oversee team performance, ensuring high standards of delivery, billable utilization, and client satisfaction
Manage resource allocation, project staffing, and balancing client needs with team skills and development goals
Act as trusted advisor and primary SME for clients, guiding them through the entire testing lifecycle
Develop and present testing strategies, plans, and risk-based approaches for client Workday configurations
Educate clients and internal teams on testing best practices, methodologies, and the rationale behind processes
Ensure testing efforts validate business processes, security configurations, integrations, and reporting
Hold accountability for the quality of all testing deliverables, including test scripts, test data, and defect management
Continuously refine and improve testing assets, templates, and methodologies
