Requirements

  • Skills in conducting feasibility assessments and capability gap analysis
  • Proficiency in managing change requests and validating downstream deliverables (business acceptance testing)

  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; ability to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary

Responsibilities

  • Manage strategy, pricing, packaging, and documentation of new UCaaS product ideas and conduct user need analyses for ancillary products to achieve subscriber and financial objectives
  • Conduct budgeting, planning, analysis, and monitoring to ensure unit and financial targets are met for assigned UCaaS products
  • Manage ongoing product management of new and existing UCaaS products, including leading E2E feature development and deployment
  • Develop financial and operational objectives and ensure operational plans align with business objectives
  • Contribute to functional strategy development
  • Internalize and represent the Voice of the Customer throughout the product lifecycle
  • Coordinate across functional areas to secure buy-in for end-to-end customer experience
  • Perform competitive analysis and conduct market research; maintain view of competitive changes
  • Team with product development to deliver high-quality products on time
  • Participate in strategic planning for product enhancements (content, pricing, packaging, features) and define product business and functional requirements
  • Provide product support, documentation, and develop product materials
  • Assist in budgeting and variance analysis of product performance to identify opportunities and risks
  • Draft and manage requirements and supporting business documentation
  • Lead concepts defining end-to-end customer experience and full lifecycle costs
  • Contribute to the product vision across team and organization
  • Conduct feasibility assessments and capability gap analysis
