Requirements

  • Experience leading innovative media strategies across first-party (1P) and third-party (3P) delivery programs, loyalty acquisition, e-commerce retention, and customer-centric campaigns
  • Expertise in overseeing media strategies across diverse channels including television, online video, digital, mobile, and paid social
  • Proficiency in managing and optimizing multiple Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) for data-driven media strategy development and personalized campaigns
  • Strong relationship-building skills with third-party delivery aggregators (e.g., DoorDash, Uber Eats, GrubHub) and vendors to drive partnerships and innovation
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Consumer Loyalty, Paid Media, Marcom, Digital, CDO, Delivery, and channel leaders
  • Knowledge of aligning media strategies with brand KPIs, P&L targets, and attributing economic value to loyalty and delivery programs

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop innovative media strategies to enhance customer loyalty, acquisition, retention, repeat transactions, and frequency
  • Assist the Consumer Loyalty team in overseeing cross-brand integrated loyalty offerings, including awareness, acquisition, engagement, and lifecycle marketing
  • Manage media agencies and partners to implement strategies achieving brand objectives
  • Oversee operation and optimization of three distinct CDPs, leveraging data insights for media strategy refinement, seamless integration, targeted campaigns, and personalized experiences
  • Lead media strategies for third-party delivery aggregators (DoorDash, Uber Eats, GrubHub), forge/maintain vendor relationships, and act as a change agent for innovative solutions
  • Ensure alignment with brand KPIs and P&L targets through collaboration with Delivery, Loyalty, and cross-functional teams
  • Partner with key stakeholders (e.g., Head of Paid Media, VP of Digital, CDO, Director of Loyalty, Director of Delivery) to attribute full economic value of programs
  • Coordinate with internal departments (legal, digital, creative, product, social, CRM, media agencies) for seamless execution
