Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Senior Analysts and engage with cross-functional team (CFT) partners across PIM and the broader Commercial and GSCL
  • Train and coach Inventory Management teams on key tasks
  • Help solve problems and troubleshoot issues that arise
  • Develop ways to improve IM processes to ensure teams meet key business initiatives
  • Partner closely with leaders of Training and Process within the Process and Solutions team
  • Prioritize efforts of Senior Solutions Analyst team across multiple PIM Ops partners (e.g., Seasonal, Promo, Flow Centers, Product, Strategy)
  • Ensure team effectively balances needs of Planning, Inventory Management, and broader Commercial and Merchandising teams
  • Coordinate domestic supply chain strategy and problem solving in partnership with transportation, global partners, and core roundtable partners
