Requirements

  • Experience in regulatory compliance within the healthcare industry
  • Knowledge of CMS enrollment, Medicaid enrollment, state licenses, Joint Commission accreditation, payor contract review, and quality systems
  • Strong understanding of relevant regulations and compliance strategies
  • Ability to develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
  • Experience with audits and regulatory inspections
  • Experience with complaint management processes and reporting requirements
  • Familiarity with Joint Commission accreditation processes
  • Contract Administration experience

Responsibilities

  • Directly manages a team responsible for CMS enrollment, Medicaid enrollment, state licenses, Joint Commission accreditation, payor contract review, and quality systems
  • Develops and participates in setting compliance strategies and initiatives
  • Oversees business policies, processes, and programs to ensure business remains compliant to regulatory and contract requirements
  • Leads organization through all activities required to maintain Joint Commission accreditation
  • Monitors relevant regulations for changes applicable to the business and ensures policies and procedures are updated as needed
  • Ensures timely processing of sales contracts and Medicaid enrollments
  • Negotiates and drafts high-value complex contract terms and conditions in accordance with corporate policies
  • Acts as a Contract Administration lead and trains new hires
  • Analyzes potential contract terms
