Requirements

Candidates should possess 8+ years of experience leading renewals or customer success teams in B2B SaaS environments, with at least 3 years in a global or senior leadership capacity. Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing renewals teams in both startup and established enterprise settings is required. Strong strategic thinking, proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and renewal negotiations with enterprise clients, and a deep understanding of SaaS metrics (NRR, GRR, churn, expansion) and renewal forecasting methodologies are essential. Experience implementing renewal frameworks, incentive plans, and performance KPIs, along with excellent communication and presentation skills, are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Manager of Renewals will build, lead, and scale the global renewals function to drive retention, minimize churn, uncover growth opportunities, and optimize recurring revenue. This role involves developing and executing a global renewals strategy focused on maximizing net revenue retention, building and scaling a team of renewal managers, and designing/implementing scalable processes and playbooks. Key responsibilities include partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance teams to streamline the renewals process, defining and tracking KPIs for renewals performance, leveraging data to identify trends and forecast renewals, and ensuring renewal motions align with customer needs and value delivery.
