At least 5 years of experience in direct-to-consumer (D2C). Preferred Industries: Media & Entertainment, Consumer Goods, Communication & Advertising and Technology
Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken) and Spanish (intermediate is a plus)
Leadership experience managing teams and handling marketing budgets
Creative, strategic, and goal-oriented with a passion for storytelling
Strong consultative and persuasive skills, with the ability to influence decisions
Strong adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Proven experience in developing creative and media briefs that lead to successful campaigns
Strong background in running media campaigns, especially in dynamic, fast-moving environments
Track record of launching and sustaining global brands, content, or franchises
Ability to work effectively across a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders
Ability to work independently and manage complex tasks with competing priorities

Responsibilities
Develop the medium- and long-term strategic planning for the Disney+ brand, defining priorities and growth levers, considering business objectives and the competitive landscape, with a consumer-centric focus
Create relevant storytelling for local audiences to build brand connection and increase consumer relevance through creative and effective plans
Align strategy and communication with partner areas (Social, PR, Lifecycle, DAX, Digital Media, Integrated Media, LOP, Sports Marketing, Creative, Partners, CX, Content Strategy, Content XP), ensuring effective execution of marketing campaigns
Monitor and control the effectiveness of the platform’s key KPIs, maintaining communication with partner areas to drive continuous process improvement
Ensure and identify internal synergy opportunities with the aforementioned partner areas to leverage business opportunities and efficiencies
Develop and retain internal talent that contributes to a positive work environment aligned with the company culture
Lead the innovation agenda in communication and creative solutions, focusing on building awareness of the platform and its content
Manage and monitor budget and resources for plan execution and liaise with partner areas (Finance & Regional) to align reporting and controls
