Requirements

8-10 years of experience in Global Supply Chain, Transportation, Procurement, Planning, or Operations
Proven experience leading and building a diverse, global team
Proven experience managing site budgets with year-over-year savings
Extensive knowledge leading day-to-day activities in a fast-paced Distribution Center
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, including overnight travel to domestic and international locations
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 10lb, and any other physical requirements

Responsibilities

Manage warehouse processes at the Global Distribution Center in Cincinnati, including receiving, picking, shipping, material returns, and repackaging
Manage operational responsibility for global logistics and transportation processes
Lead the Distribution Center in Cincinnati with direct P&L responsibility for the Cincinnati Distribution Center and Global freight spend
Identify opportunities within the supply chain to improve operational efficiencies by evaluating cost structures, implementing new technologies, and optimizing processes
Budget annual spending, manage monthly forecasts, and report variances
Set and manage KPIs
Maintain all logistics/transportation supplier agreements and relationships
Develop an annual freight productivity funnel, manage project execution, and develop action plans to meet performance objectives
Manage carrier performance, including reporting and reviewing processes to improve quality of service, cost, and delivery performance year over year
