Responsibilities

  • Lead Core FP&A Routines: Drive the Actuals, Forecast, Annual Plan, and Long-Range Planning (LRP) processes for the Stores pyramid, ensuring accuracy, insight, and alignment with enterprise goals
  • Represent the Stores organization in enterprise-level financial review forums, using strong storytelling and analytical skills to clearly communicate expense drivers and business performance
  • Oversee capital planning routines for Store Operations, including governance, approval processes, and financial forecasts; strategically influence investment prioritization and deployment decisions
  • Proactively identify financial risks and opportunities, equipping Store leaders with actionable insights to guide trade-offs and strategic decisions
  • Analyze and interpret evolving business trends, using data-driven insights to enhance narratives and enable decision making
  • Craft and deliver the Stores Expense story to senior leaders across Target—clearly, concisely, and with a focus on what matters most
