Responsibilities

  • Design, manage, and maintain training programs that enhance operational capabilities and ensure compliance
  • Collaborate closely with SMEs and stakeholders across FM and the CoE to identify training needs, develop engaging learning materials, and oversee delivery methodologies
  • Ensure that training records are accurately maintained, certifications are up-to-date, and programs are continuously reviewed for relevance and effectiveness
  • Foster a learning culture, supporting the broader organizational effort to build skills, embed best practices, and sustain operational excellence across FM
