Responsibilities

  • Request and monitor all activities related to implementation of all DC facility plans
  • Coordinate with various departments to review and evaluate all systems and perform integration of systems into critical environments (DC & OpSite)
  • Ensure adherence to all established standards and management practices
  • Coordinate, schedule, and document change control requirements related to activities
  • Develop, maintain and evolve all critical environment standards
  • Development and ownership of automated tools to assist DCO & FIT teams
  • Ensure client satisfaction and provide optimal level of customer service
  • Collaborating globally to develop and implement process improvements
  • Direct remote hands and partner teams globally to affect the timely and correct installation of server hardware, network devices, and cross-connects
  • Responsible for management and delivery of capacity for all the DC sites
  • Developing and maintaining DC power, space, and environmental monitoring, metrics, and dashboards
