Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience
4 to 7 years of previous telecommunications experience
Strong leadership skills
Experience in a fast-paced, technical environment

Responsibilities

Request and monitor all activities related to implementation of all DC facility plans
Coordinate with various departments to review and evaluate all systems and perform integration of systems into critical environments (DC & OpSite)
Ensure adherence to all established standards and management practices
Coordinate, schedule, and document change control requirements related to activities
Develop, maintain and evolve all critical environment standards
Development and ownership of automated tools to assist DCO & FIT teams
Ensure client satisfaction and provide optimal level of customer service
Collaborating globally to develop and implement process improvements
Direct remote hands and partner teams globally to affect the timely and correct installation of server hardware, network devices, and cross-connects
Responsible for management and delivery of capacity for all the DC sites
Developing and maintaining DC power, space, and environmental monitoring, metrics, and dashboards
