Responsibilities

Define and implement enterprise-wide endpoint engineering strategy for provisioning, configuration, management, security, and device lifecycle
Lead, mentor, and grow a global team of endpoint engineers, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional development
Act as domain expert in endpoint operating systems, endpoint security, and endpoint management platforms
Serve as trusted partner to InfoSec, IAM, Infrastructure, Digital Workplace, and Manufacturing teams, aligning with global IT strategy
Design, deploy, and manage enterprise standards for OS imaging, patching, security updates, and configuration baselines
Oversee endpoint lifecycle management from procurement and deployment to decommissioning
Drive evaluation, selection, and implementation of endpoint management and Digital Experience platforms
Implement automation and orchestration for endpoint provisioning, updates, and compliance
Establish and monitor Digital Experience Monitoring (DEX) scores to measure and improve end-user satisfaction
Maintain best practices for virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) and mobile device management
Implement and maintain endpoint security solutions, including antivirus, EDR, encryption, and zero-trust policies
Lead endpoint vulnerability management, ensuring patch compliance across global devices, including 3rd party
