Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience overseeing global engineering teams
  • Strong skills in automation and orchestration using PowerShell, Python, and enterprise tools

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement enterprise-wide endpoint engineering strategy for provisioning, configuration, management, security, and device lifecycle
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a global team of endpoint engineers, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional development
  • Act as domain expert in endpoint operating systems, endpoint security, and endpoint management platforms
  • Serve as trusted partner to InfoSec, IAM, Infrastructure, Digital Workplace, and Manufacturing teams, aligning with global IT strategy
  • Design, deploy, and manage enterprise standards for OS imaging, patching, security updates, and configuration baselines
  • Oversee endpoint lifecycle management from procurement and deployment to decommissioning
  • Drive evaluation, selection, and implementation of endpoint management and Digital Experience platforms
  • Implement automation and orchestration for endpoint provisioning, updates, and compliance
  • Establish and monitor Digital Experience Monitoring (DEX) scores to measure and improve end-user satisfaction
  • Maintain best practices for virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) and mobile device management
  • Implement and maintain endpoint security solutions, including antivirus, EDR, encryption, and zero-trust policies
  • Lead endpoint vulnerability management, ensuring patch compliance across global devices, including 3rd party
