Requirements

7–10+ years of B2B demand generation experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven success driving pipeline growth in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity/ecommerce industries
Deep expertise in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Outreach, and 6sense, along with Salesforce CRM
Strong track record of executing multi-channel campaigns with measurable ROI
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with Sales
Analytical mindset with experience building and interpreting dashboards, reports, and campaign insights
Strong leadership and communication skills; comfortable presenting to executive stakeholders

Responsibilities

Develop and own the global demand generation strategy, with clear goals for pipeline creation, new logo acquisition, and customer expansion
Design, launch, and optimize integrated campaigns across digital, paid media, ABM, email, webinars, and events
Monitor performance across the funnel, applying testing and data insights to improve conversion rates and campaign ROI
Partner with Sales leadership to ensure alignment on ICP, lead scoring, and SLA processes. Enable SDRs with effective follow-up strategies
Manage marketing automation and CRM integrations (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to support campaign execution and reporting
Own KPIs for demand generation. Track and report on campaign performance, pipeline impact, and ROI for executive stakeholders
Lead and mentor a small but growing demand generation team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement
