Requirements

The Sr. Manager, Compliance requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in compliance, preferably within the healthcare industry. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, HITECH, and state-specific privacy laws is essential, as is experience with risk assessment, audit management, and policy development. Experience with digital health compliance and data security frameworks like SOC2 and HITRUST is preferred.

Responsibilities

This role involves operationalizing healthcare regulatory guidance into actionable internal policies and procedures, drafting and maintaining those policies, serving as a key compliance resource to teams, responding to inquiries, conducting root cause analyses of compliance issues, supporting compliance training, leading compliance risk assessments, conducting internal audits, supporting responses to audits and investigations, monitoring compliance program performance, and contributing to compliance considerations in product and operational development. The Sr. Manager, Compliance will also prepare and present updates at the Compliance Committee meetings.
