Requirements

  • Experience managing and supporting financial systems and applications, including Order to Cash/Order to Revenue, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report processes from an IT systems perspective
  • Strong cross-functional project leadership skills with experience partnering with stakeholder teams across Revenue, GL Accounting, Tax & Treasury, Procurement, FP&A, and Operations
  • People-focused leadership experience, including leading, mentoring, and developing a team of IT product managers and IT system administrators
  • Exceptional facilitation abilities to lead meetings, workshops, and requirements gathering sessions with diverse stakeholder groups
  • Ability to communicate effectively with finance stakeholders, speaking their language, translating technical concepts into business terms, and understanding financial processes, controls, and reporting requirements
  • Experience planning comprehensive multi-quarter and multi-year roadmaps aligning technology initiatives with business objectives
  • Knowledge of implementing and managing Agile and SCRUM processes
  • Current knowledge of NetSuite, Coupa, Zuora, and emerging financial technologies
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model, coming into the Atlanta, San Francisco, or Toronto office 2-3 times per week (specifically 2 days per week in San Francisco)

Responsibilities

  • Set the Finance applications product vision and multi-quarter roadmap, aligning technology initiatives with Finance and business objectives
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Finance system initiatives from requirements gathering through launch and post-launch support
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of IT product managers and system administrators, focusing on career growth, professional development, continuous improvement, collaboration, and operational excellence
  • Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects spanning multiple business units, managing competing priorities and ensuring successful delivery while maintaining strong relationships with finance stakeholders
  • Utilize facilitation skills to lead productive meetings, workshops, and requirements gathering sessions with diverse stakeholder groups
  • Plan comprehensive roadmaps that align technology initiatives with business objectives and strategic priorities across multiple quarters and fiscal years, implementing Agile and SCRUM processes
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain the strategy for the suite of financial applications including ERP, Billing, Procurement, and other critical business systems
  • Stay current with NetSuite, Coupa, Zuora, and emerging technologies to recommend and implement best-in-class solutions
  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Revenue, Procurement, FP&A, and Operations leaders to deliver technical solutions
