  • Accountability for product and disease training for the US Cell Therapy Business Unit
  • Experience in design, development, and execution of training assets for new hire training, brand updates, selling skills, new product/indication launches, competitive product launches, POA meetings, and Field Readiness Meetings
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and complex matrix organization, including Cell Therapy Commercialization Teams, WW Centre of Excellence, Enterprise Learning Services, Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, Medical, Legal, and Compliance
  • Headquarters-based position reporting to the US Cell Therapy Commercialization Learning Associate Director

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with training colleagues, Sales, Operations, Marketing leadership, and preceptors to consistently implement results-focused, performance-based, standardized training and development processes
  • Strategic planning and development of a comprehensive sales training curriculum for use during training classes, POAs, and other national/regional/district meetings
  • Coordination and alignment across the matrix and cross-functional teams to ensure all training materials meet the goals and objectives of both Sales and Marketing
  • Ensure training resources (e.g., materials, workshops, infographics/job aids) meet all regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements for assigned individual projects and initiatives
  • Deployment and delivery of a curriculum inclusive of key competencies, such as Selling Skills and Scientific knowledge
  • Evaluate ongoing Commercialization Learning needs and recommend appropriate strategies, tactics, and budget planning processes for assigned products
