Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Business, or related field; advanced degree or PMP certification preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in managing IT projects, with a preference for those involving legal, compliance, or corporate applications and services
  • Strong understanding of project management processes and practices (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
  • Shown capability to function efficiently within a matrixed, worldwide organization
  • Superb communication and team member coordination proficiencies, establishing positive relationships throughout the organization
  • Proactive problem-solver with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Experience with global trade compliance systems, legal tools, or enterprise corporate technology platforms would be advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Global Trade Compliance, Legal, and Corporate business leaders to determine IT project requirements and synchronize technology solutions with business objectives
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT initiatives, from requirements gathering and planning through execution, testing, deployment, and support
  • Apply structured project management methodologies and guidelines to ensure successful delivery of scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and expectation management
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies while proactively finding opportunities for process and service improvements
  • Ensure effective use of IT governance processes and tools across the portfolio of assigned projects
  • Provide ongoing technology services and support to corporate functions and end users, ensuring reliability, compliance, and user happiness
