Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in IT operations, service delivery, or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of IT asset management, IT service management (ITSM), and IT operations best practices
  • Experience with onboarding/offboarding processes and identity/access management tools
  • Proficiency in managing Windows and macOS environments, networking fundamentals, and enterprise IT infrastructure
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 (M365) and Exchange (plus)
  • ITIL certification (plus)
  • Experience working in a global IT environment (preferred)
  • Knowledge of automation tools for IT operations (preferred)
  • Familiarity with cloud-based IT infrastructure (AWS, Google Workspace, etc.) (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Delivering senior-level hands-on IT support across hardware, software, and networking in a dynamic work environment
  • Act as a technical solution architect for regional IT infrastructure, onboarding processes, collaboration tools, and endpoint strategies
  • Lead complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis across systems, providing mentorship to contractors
  • Design and implement IT solutions that align with global standards and local office requirements
  • Provide day-to-day on-site and remote support to users across offices (Windows/macOS laptops, monitors, printers, conference system)
  • Partner with Global IT, Information Security, and workplace teams to support office expansions, hardware refresh projects, and IT process optimization
  • Develop and implement best practices for IT operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards
  • Maintain and manage local IT infrastructure: WiFi, Printers, AV equipment, access Control
  • Coordinate with global IT teams on system rollouts, upgrades, and issue resolution
  • Track, manage, and maintain IT hardware assets, including procurement, inventory control, forecasting, lifecycle management, and decommissioning
  • Maintain accurate IT asset records, operational logs, and generate reports as needed
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and end-user computing devices
  • Manage the IT provisioning and de-provisioning process for employees, including account creation, hardware allocation, and access management
  • Provide technical support to end users, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure timely resolution through IT service management processes
  • Work closely with HR, IT Security, and other teams to streamline IT-related processes and improve user experience
  • Coordinate with external vendors for IT equipment procurement, service agreements, and maintenance contracts
  • Ensure IT systems and processes comply with company security policies and regulatory requirements
