Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
7+ years of experience in IT operations, service delivery, or a similar role
Strong knowledge of IT asset management, IT service management (ITSM), and IT operations best practices
Experience with onboarding/offboarding processes and identity/access management tools
Proficiency in managing Windows and macOS environments, networking fundamentals, and enterprise IT infrastructure
Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Experience with Microsoft 365 (M365) and Exchange (plus)
ITIL certification (plus)
Experience working in a global IT environment (preferred)
Knowledge of automation tools for IT operations (preferred)
Familiarity with cloud-based IT infrastructure (AWS, Google Workspace, etc.) (preferred)

Responsibilities

Delivering senior-level hands-on IT support across hardware, software, and networking in a dynamic work environment
Act as a technical solution architect for regional IT infrastructure, onboarding processes, collaboration tools, and endpoint strategies
Lead complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis across systems, providing mentorship to contractors
Design and implement IT solutions that align with global standards and local office requirements
Provide day-to-day on-site and remote support to users across offices (Windows/macOS laptops, monitors, printers, conference system)
Partner with Global IT, Information Security, and workplace teams to support office expansions, hardware refresh projects, and IT process optimization
Develop and implement best practices for IT operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards
Maintain and manage local IT infrastructure: WiFi, Printers, AV equipment, access Control
Coordinate with global IT teams on system rollouts, upgrades, and issue resolution
Track, manage, and maintain IT hardware assets, including procurement, inventory control, forecasting, lifecycle management, and decommissioning
Maintain accurate IT asset records, operational logs, and generate reports as needed
Ensure the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and end-user computing devices
Manage the IT provisioning and de-provisioning process for employees, including account creation, hardware allocation, and access management
Provide technical support to end users, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure timely resolution through IT service management processes
Work closely with HR, IT Security, and other teams to streamline IT-related processes and improve user experience
Coordinate with external vendors for IT equipment procurement, service agreements, and maintenance contracts
Ensure IT systems and processes comply with company security policies and regulatory requirements
