Requirements

  • Understanding of the end-to-end business processes in the primary functional areas (Commercial Operations, International Affiliate Operations, Marketing)
  • Experience with, and knowledge of, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, specifically SAP

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Rapid Diagnostics Infectious Disease Commercial and Marketing Organizations to fulfill their application portfolio strategic objectives and business needs
  • Ensure the full application portfolio enhances the organizational strategy through successful, consistent, and predictable delivery of programs, projects, and applications
  • Work directly with business clients to understand end-to-end business processes and translate needs into IT opportunities and investments
  • Enable and standardize business processes where applicable
  • Work in collaboration with IT delivery and support teams, as well as business partners to align and integrate with the overall business strategy
  • Act as the primary liaison between IT and Rapid Diagnostics Infectious Disease business functions (Commercial Operations, International Affiliate Operations, Marketing)
  • Manage the relationship with business clients by applying IT and business knowledge/experience to build business cases and identify requirements for process and technology solutions
  • Resolve business issues and meet business needs through project delivery, working with Corporate IT Plan/Build and Support organizations for implementation and support
  • Manage portfolio and tactical projects aimed at improving business effectiveness, and/or assist on larger projects with Cross-Divisional/Corporate impact
  • Assist the Infectious Disease IT BRM Director in financial planning, project budgeting, and tracking business-owned and su (likely "support" or similar)
