GTM Engineer

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, solutions engineering, product, or demand generation, and a strong technical background. They should be proficient in scripting languages like JavaScript, Python, and SQL, and possess experience with MarTech stacks including HubSpot, Clay, Cargo, UserGems, Dreamdata, Instantly, and Relevance AI.
The Sr. GTM Engineer will architect and maintain Ashby’s MarTech stack, researching and evaluating new tools and technologies; write and maintain simple scripts using JavaScript, Python, and SQL; own the quality and governance of GTM data, ensuring accuracy and consistency; capture buyer intent and enrich the CRM to support ABM efforts; measure marketing campaign performance and automate data ingestion; and collaborate with Content, Demand Generation, and Events teams to execute and measure campaign effectiveness.
