Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree at a minimum
  • 7+ years of product management experience in digital health, EHR or care delivery platforms, including 3+ years in leadership
  • Deep familiarity with clinical workflows and the operational realities of hybrid/virtual care delivery
  • Experience with vendor integrations (e.g., lab ordering and results delivery, pharmacy or external data exchange)
  • Strong understanding of interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR) and regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, NCQA, URAC)
  • Comfort working with clinicians, engineers and data scientists alike; strong cross-functional communicator
  • Bias toward measurable impact - how care product improvements translate into efficiency, cost and outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Clinical Platform product area, spanning provider tools, care coordination and documentation workflows
  • Build and manage integrations with external product vendors (e.g., labs, diagnostic partners, pharmacy networks, and device data) to deliver seamless member and clinician experiences
  • Partner with Clinical Leadership to digitize and operationalize care pathways - covering GLP-1, cardiometabolic, behavioral health and MASH protocols
  • Identify opportunities for automation and AI-assisted care, reducing clinician administrative time and increasing capacity per provider
  • Define and own clinical efficiency metrics (time to consult, provider utilization, member satisfaction, outcomes)
  • Translate clinical strategy into clear, measurable product outcomes; communicate progress to executives and clients
  • Build a small but high-performing team of PMs and partner cross-functionally with engineering, data and design
