Senior Performance Creative Manager

Position Overview

Wpromote is seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Senior Performance Creative Manager to join our Performance Creative team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and has a passion for creating top-performing ads across various digital channels. You will collaborate closely with Art Directors and Designers, as well as Wpromote’s internal paid media teams, to ensure creative strategies align with channel-specific testing needs and KPIs. This position reports to an Associate Director on the Performance Creative team.

Salary Range

The anticipated annual salary for this role is between $76,500 - $92,000. This range is determined by various factors including skill set, years and depth of experience, education, certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, and geographic location. Pay ranges are subject to change based on specific market medians for similar jobs according to third-party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay may vary within the range due to skills, experience, and available budget. The total compensation package includes benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Development: Develop and own innovative, performance-centric integrated creative campaigns for high-priority clients, adapting brand identity and guidelines into audience-specific messaging aligned with channel best practices.
  • Client Relationship Management: Lead client relationships, communicating with confidence, providing timely and thoughtful responses through clear and concise communication.
  • Creative Strategy & Production: Produce monthly briefs alongside an Art Director and secure client buy-in on concepts and strategy to develop static and video asset libraries for media buyers.
  • Budget Management: Manage clients' monthly creative budgets to optimize spending towards assets that drive performance.
  • New Business: Conceptualize creative strategy for new business prospects and articulate the value of the service offering.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Analyze performance data, use learnings to inform future campaign execution, and provide clients with actionable takeaways.
  • Testing & Iteration: Create testing roadmaps to ensure iterations are data-backed and logical.
  • Timeline Management: Oversee creative production timelines to ensure client deliverables are met.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about emerging formats, channels, and growth opportunities to ensure brand-response campaigns are compelling and cutting-edge.
  • Channel Strategy: Strategize and service creative needs across Paid Social, Programmatic, YouTube, Display, and Amazon services.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve Performance Creative services through in-house automation solutions or third-party platforms.

Requirements

  • Passion for creating top-performing ads across a variety of digital channels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Art Directors, Designers, and Paid Media teams.
  • Experience in developing and executing creative strategies aligned with channel KPIs.
  • Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in analyzing performance data and deriving actionable insights.
  • Experience in managing creative budgets and production timelines.
  • Knowledge of emerging formats, channels, and growth opportunities in digital advertising.
  • Familiarity with Paid Social, Programmatic, YouTube, Display, and Amazon advertising creative needs.
